Refund Policy

The extension of our return policy is 30 days. The items are only returnable within 30 days. No refund or return is accepted after this period.

Terms and conditions are applied to our return policy. To be eligible for return:

The item must be unused.

The item should be in the same condition as it was received.

The original packaging must not be damaged.

The receipt is required or any other proof of purchase.

The shipping cost is non-refundable.

Upon returning a product, the shipping cost is excluded from the company policy. The customer is entirely responsible for the shipping cost of a returnable product.

Gift cards, health, and personal care items are excluded from the return items policy.

 If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item as we are not responsible for the shipment process.

  • OUR REFUND POLICY:

On the refunded items, our team will inspect the items first and then notify you via email confirming the receiving of the product and if the product is eligible for refund policy.

Once approved, your amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method within a short period.

Specific terms and conditions are applied to the refund policy, and our team highly appreciates the co-operation of our customers.

  • In case of sale items:

Sale items are entirely excluded from any return or refund policy.

  • In case of late refunds:

If you haven’t received your funds:

Recheck your bank account.

Contact your credit card company as often it takes time before the refund is credited.

Then contact your bank, as it may take some time for processing.

  • In case of exchange:

Exchange is only applicable to a defective product or any product that might be damaged during the shipment.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@primeindustry.org and send your item to 2061 Range Rd. Clearwater, FL US 33765.
